Returns and Policies
ALL DIGITAL ITEMS HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY.
ANY CUSTOM ITEM SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER, THERFORE NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Some exclusions may apply where partial/full payment on damaged/broken items may be refunded. Customer must contact us within 24 HRS of receiving damaged physical item and also submit a picture of damaged item.
